<p>It builds on the notion I expressed a while back that the bill is <a href="http://canton.elegal.ca/2008/05/30/anti-counterfeiting-trade-agreement-opposition-grows/" target="_blank"><em>a backwards step and out of touch with the reality of today’s technology, marketplace, and consumer rights and expectations</em>.</a></p>
