		<description>The settlement actually called for the lawyer to get $125,000 rather than $175,000.  I wonder if the attorney was a man or woman?  I can see how the answer to that question would render the judge&#039;s decision improper either way considering it was gift cards from a woman&#039;s apparel store.</description>
