It’s good, but it could REALLY use improvements. Make it a wiki and it could become something that accounts for EVERY situtation one may encounter on the internet. I can already think of multiple things that it leaves out that the community would add in a snap.

Aww, that’s some great stuff… No one reads the disclaimers though. Publish it and make money by forcing ISP’s to use it.

I think the disclaimer words could be placed before the warning starts. Otherwise the reader gets scared too much.
